Search the Aglink repository
Aglinks were a series of pamphlets containing easy-to-understand agriculture information produced prior to the establishment of the Crown Research Institutes. Their successors are available as AgFacts from AgResearch, CropFacts from Crop & Food Research and HortLinks from Hort+Research. In horticulture, the latter series did not gain the same amount of grower or institutional support as Aglinks and are no longer produced.
The original Aglinks are held in paper form in various university and CRI libraries throughout the country. The resource available here is the only searchable form of the Aglinks (horticulture) available.
The chemicals and tradenames of products mentioned in these Aglinks should be regarded as being outdated and their use should not be followed. There is, however, a wealth of information on crop culture and growth that is likely to be as relevant today as it was when the Aglinks were original published.
